Triumph at Champs Hill

A much awaited return visit to the wonderful concert hall at Champs Hill, near Pulborough in 2024 was a total joy. Full to capacity and the audience cheering (for several pieces) made the whole event a night to remember. The thrilling voice of Charlie Wood who apart from three solos, joined us for two numbers, Brigg Fair and rousing shanty 'Kate'. Zoe's male voice group Vocal Fusion Acapella also performed at the concert in what was their final appearance.

At the rehearsal for the Beatus Vir concert on August 23rd 2025, David Clarke was presented with a collage of photos taken during his 18 years with Kaleidoscope, together with other gifts. Unfortunately David has had to leave the choir and he will be sorely missed.

CONGRATULATIONS !
Zoe – that was a great evening here last night !!
The smiles on everybody as they left was so good to see , and I thought the audience’s reaction was terrific all the way through. However , it was your training behind the scenes and the meticulous “on and off” the stage at the appropriate time which helped to make us all feel so safe and relaxed – we were in good hands ! It was quite a feat getting everybody there , wearing the right clothes , with books or not , remembering their actions – quite apart from the words and harmonies ! WOW!! Thankyou so much for a very happy , enjoyable evening of delights !
Best wishes for all you do, Mary
